Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program Calendar

8-Week MBSR Program

The next Saturday morning class begins September 19th and runs through November 14th, 9am to 11:30am. The next Tuesday evening class begins September 22nd and runs through November 10th, 6:30pm to 9:00pm. All classes meet in Room 1390 at 122 S. Michigan Avenue, at Adams and Michigan, across from the Art Institute.

All-Day Retreat

All-day retreats are open to all current and past participants in the 8 week program at no additional charge. The date for the next retreat will be announced.  Participants are asked to bring their lunch and a mat, wear layered clothing, and use no strong chemical scents of any kind.


Registration fee: $495

Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
