8-Week MBSR Program

Due to the rise in Covid cases, our next MBSR Program will be held over Zoom. It will take place Saturday mornings, 9:00am to 11:30am, January 22nd through March 19th. A half-day retreat will take place on March 12th, 9am to 12:30pm.

All-Day Retreat

Retreats are open to all current and past participants in the 8 week program. The next retreat will be held on March 12th, 9am to 12:30pm.

Registration fee: $395

Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
