8-Week MBSR Program

The next MBSR Program will be held virtually over Spotify from May 4th through June 29th. Classes are on Saturday mornings, 9am to 11:30am. The all-day retreat will be on Saturday, June 22nd.

All-Day Retreat

Retreats are open to all current and past participants in the 8 week program. The all-day retreat for the spring program will be held virtually, June 22nd, 9am to 4:30pm.

$495 for in-person groups
$395 for virtual groups

Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
