8-Week MBSR Program

Our next MBSR Program will be held virtually over Zoom. It will take place Saturday mornings, 9:00am to 11:30am, May 7th through July 2nd. The all-day retreat will be for June 25th, 9am to 4:30pm.

All-Day Retreat

Retreats are open to all current and past participants in the 8 week program. The next retreat will be on June 25th, 9am to 4:30pm, over Zoom.

Registration fee: $395

Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
