8-Week MBSR Program

The Fall MBSR Program will begin September 28th and run through November 23rd. It will be conducted virtually over Zoom. Classes are on Saturday mornings, 9:00am to 11:30am CT. The all-day retreat will be on Saturday, November 16th, 9:00am to 4:30pm CT. Tuition is $395, and tuition assistance is availble for anyone who needs it.

ADDITONAL CLASS ADDED: An additonal MBSR class will take place on Tuesday mornings, 9am to 11:30am CT, beginning October 1st and ending November 19th.

All-Day Retreat

Retreats are open to all current and past participants in the 8 week program. The all-day retreat for the fall program will be held virtually, November 16th, 9:00am to 4:30pm, CT.


$495 for in-person groups
$395 for virtual groups

Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
