Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program Calendar

8-Week MBSR Program

The Saturday morning class begins May 5th and goes through June 30th, 9:00am to 11:30am. The Tuesday evening class begins May 8th and goes through June 26th, 6:30pm to 9:00pm. All classes meet in Room 1390 at 122 S. Michigan Avenue, at Adams and Michigan, across from the Art Institute.

All-Day Retreat

All-day retreats are open to all current and past participants in the 8 week program at no additional charge. The next retreat is from 9:00am to 4:30pm. Participants are asked to bring their lunch and a mat, wear layered clothing, and use no strong chemical scents of any kind.


Registration fee: $495

Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
