Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program Calendar

8-Week MBSR Program

The Saturday morning class begins January 19th and goes through March 9th, 9:00am to 11:30am. The Tuesday evening class begins Janaury 22nd and goes through March 12th, 6:30pm to 9:00pm. All classes meet in Room 1390 at 122 S. Michigan Avenue, at Adams and Michigan, across from the Art Institute.

All-Day Retreat

All-day retreats are open to all current and past participants in the 8 week program at no additional charge. The next retreat is from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
 


Registration fee: $495

Includes 30 hours of class, individual interview time, practice CDs, text, workbook,
and resource manual.
